Contractors/Consultants
Contract Consultants offer the flexibility to better manage your workflow without the overhead costs associated with onboarding a new full time employee.
Contract-to-Hire
Contract-to hire services provide you with the opportunity to ensure a mutual fit in your working environment allowing for performance evaluation and review of a Consultant before making an offer of full time employment. A high percentage of such placements result in long term employment relationships.
Direct Hire
We work closely with your Human Resources department or staffing contact to initiate a search specific to your needs. We source, qualify and interview potential candidates for your unique requirements to ensure an ideal fit prior to submitting their credentials to you for consideration.
Payrolling / Onboarding
Companies sometimes engage pre-identified workers such as retirees, referrals, or former employees to supplement their workforce on a temporary basis. These resources that are known or referred to you are best managed through a payrolling service provider. We manage the payroll, onboarding, insurance and administration of such candidates. Wellspring becomes their employer of record and we maintain the necessary insurance to meet your criteria. Additionally, we can administer drug tests, and background checks as required.

Wellspring recognizes that there are an increasing number of administrative challenges and complexities involved with the traditional industry process of utilizing sponsoring third party agencies. As a result, we launched a successful internal Visa Sponsorship program to provide our clients significant process efficiencies, reduced attrition, and more competitive rates.
